I'm starting to get the idea this is a A.D.D. fish keeper like my mom is... Taking her to the fish stores like taking a 7 year old to the toy store. "I want that, can I have that, will this fish eat my fish? How many of these could I get? The cat needs a new orange fish, what fish are orange that stay small? You should get these. This fish is expensive! That guy just got bit by the snakey eel like fish!"

And the worst one of all... "When I get bored though I'll just bring my fish to your house for the day"

To each their own I suppose :D

Uhm, since March 11th lol. I dated a guy for a year who had fish and got me hooked. He took my catfish when he moved since I had no tank. I didn't want to risk him to the piranha but it turned out the bf got a little too used to me taking care of the fish...

No worries, I got a laugh out of the question. Yes I'm female last I checked.

Bad of me to assume but we don't get female piranha keepers in here too often so i did exactly that. My apologies.

Now i can just see you and your mom chillin in the backyard drinkin some ice tea and lemonade while her fish swim around in the kiddie pool.

She's mentioned the boyfriend taking n killn the cat before.what women can't have piranha?I think its awesome a few women are getting in to piranha n even fish in general.hell a woman hooked me up with 3 of my 6 breeders I have right now. Wait a minute! Are you Jody foster? Sorry I'm just kidding! I say if the guy wants the fish n can afford everything that goes with owning the fish n go for it.its knowing when to stop so the enjoyable hobby stays just that n not a chore or hassle. Its a lot of work keeping up with more than a few tanks. If you enjoy it more than the work load there won't be a problems.its when the work becomes more than the person enjoys it, that's when the work will get laxed n the fish will suffer.
