$750 for a black aro is mad. Regardless iof its size.

Baby aros are harder to raise when they are young but easier as the grow larger. No point in investing money in a baby aro that requires alot of care to risk it dying. All blacks loose the color anyway as they grow up.

You're better off just buying a good size one perhaps 10+ and I wouldn't spend more than $150 on the fish.

not true. they can retain quite a bit of it with proper care.

What? please explain your method of proper care. You got pics of this baby black aro youve raised that still retains the black and yellow?

i am using a 45 gallon for my black they grow to become blues you
know

Black aros are black aros no matter what the age, whether you decide to call them blue is your choice

You can call them a hot pink aro as well... but a black is a black is a black aro.
I've seen baby blacks go for $12.00 range here in NY. Would have loved to get one, but I was more afraid of any conflicts between my silver and a black as they grew.
I was planning an indoor pond, but things are changing in my life and it wouldn't be fair.
