I just got a hold of about 40 baby bullhead from a local pond that are about 1/2 to 1 inch long on average. Does anyone have any idea what i they will eat? I have flakes in there right now but I don't know if they are going to be eating them.

i been looking for baby bullheads for along time and i cant find them no where..from what i been told is cut up pieces of night crawler

Bullheads will eat pretty much anything. I would get them on some quality sinking pellets, supplemented with frozen foods like bloodworms.

i got them to eat flake food and now i have about 30 in a 10 gallon tank. i am growing them to give to my friends and take a few to college with me to put in a fish tank there and a few in my 30 gallon tank here at my house possibly.

Sorry to say but you'd only want to put 1 in a 30 gallon. I had them like this and in 7 months it went from half an inch to 7". It would work for a while but you'd need to upgrade.
