Eat one for dinner with spaghetti

Anyway,Ima call fish & game tommorrow and see if hybrids are acceptable, because I may be able to get a nile hybrid, caiman hybrid,or american ali hybrid. So yeah.

Someone's getting crocodile leather purse and boots in future. :)

Make sure your fence is enough strong from your crocodile when its fullgrown. And prevent other animals from entering into the crocodile pond, thats my advice. Theres one report where theres a four footer caiman roaming in the river of Twin Cities. It was caught by a hook from fisherman. However I heard a rumor that caiman was put down.

I think this will be more difficult. One croc is hard enogh to provide for,2 is difficult. You will need an immense amount of space to prevent aggression.Feeding will actually be expensive, even though it doesn't need to be.Handle them NOW!As adults, they will want nothing to do with you.I'm sure you've heard of the stories of people feeding gators food, and the people were attacked because they were viewed as "food".They will percieve you as this.Be careful, and don't make mistakes!
Other than that,their nice!

:iagree:If you feed any crocodilian too much raw meat,it can also cause deformities. That's why I feed things such as chicken, beef, beefheart, and pork on occasions.Mostly defrosted tilapia, rats, trout, crayfish, and rabbits make up most of it's diet.

Of course,I'm currently trying to acquire a permit for keeping caimans and crocs,no alligators here, that's what fish and game said. However, they also said I may be able to acquire a permit for caimans and possibly chinese alligators(probably due to the fact none would last long in VA weather, even though gators are on the southern virginia border)if I can prove I have the right facilities. And I'll ask about hybrids,as they are not mentioned.Anyway,I will try later.

Anyway, scraps, especially from the side of the road are a bad idea because:
1.What if it was killed from pesticieds?
2.What if it has a disease?
3.what if it has an undigestible substance?
4.You'll probably get hit by a car.

So yeah :)

Anyway, dead fish from fish farms aren't good either, because they could have taken growth hormones before or could have been killed due to parasites, etc.
I didnt say it was healty or that I would do such a thing if I had them, its what zoos here do;)
