these guys are like super small, 4mm - 11mm and they are not at all skittish, just blatantly outgoing

they eat everything dropped into the tank
i go with
-frozen bloodworms
-frozen artemia
-hikari cichlid excel
-hikari cichlid gold sinking(yes even the smallest one is able to swallow a
pellet after playing around with it for a while)
- really small earthworms once in a while.
