baby fahakas, in Asia

here they are, saw them in the lfs, took a quick pics with my phone. I was told that some local breeders have managed to breed them; I've also heard that MBU is next..

Where in Asia is this? Coz i've never heard of people being able to breed fahakas before?

My guess is they scooped up a bunch of babies form the Nile.
 
This is not a good idea for housing them either. Some of these babies are going to die at the hands of the others. I also have never heard of breeding fahakas. Mine laid eggs 2 times, but I would never gamble on putting a male in with her.
 
Thats impressive if some one has found a way to breed them... Have you got any more info on how rhey managed to do?

Coz my female lays eggs at every few months it seems... Not that i would risk adding another puffer in with her...

Its the fact that they are known to be extremely vicious especially with other puffers that people are surprised...

Not to mention if there are now breeders for fahakas out there then great... But i would also love to know how and what it takes to breed them successfully...

no ideas on how they've successfully breeded them, but one thing for sure the price drops down rapidly eversince those babies floating around the lfs.
 
How much are they over there and what size?

Coz i bought mine at 1.5" for about $12 USD
