hhh, just a female? once you see the males colors in person you will fall in love with him too!

yeah iv seen scotts and he is gorgeous as well (especially when in breeding dress:eek:) but i only have a 120 so a male would get to big to have tankmates:cry:

dang you are up latttteeeee sarah...i think mine are going to shawns for a few months and im going to get a small grammode pair, 5 or 6 small cyanos, 5 or 6 small trimacs, about 10 other random, small CA cichlids and my jag pair back. Might have to wait on the jags until the others get big enough to not be food.

hows that carpintis nelson?

haha well i mean it waaas Halloween... LOL and yeah youd have to put up divider or wait on the jags or they will be having some very FANCY dinners lol, let me know when you get the others though so i can come by and see the new setup:) ugh i cant wait till i get my tank set up next weekend lol

cute little fella, welcome to MFK.

thanks, oh and in last pic you can see the fry up in the top of the pic's poo, could you guys let me know if this is normal color for fry poo as iv never had fish this small and the minnows in with them have the normal redish/brown poo

nvmd about the poo now that they are little bigger it is starting to darken, im so mad they are too small for me to video right now, i just went and got some hikari frozen brine shrimp (too big i know i just wanted to see what they would do with it) well let me just just LMAO, they showed there true colors tonight lol these guys are going to be little monsters i drop part of the cube that i had thawed out into the water and the bigger ones immediately hunted them down and were swimming with little shrimp tails sticking out of their mouths :headbang2 now the smaller ones are looking for broken up pieces that are floating around and the bigger ones are looking quite content with nice huge bellies

Things are tiny! :WHOA:
Should be interesting to see what they turn out like.
Not much of a terror... yet. :grinno:

What are the dimensions of your 120? I had a huge male festae that I got from scott a while back, that was a good 12-14" living in a 125 with all sorts of fish with no deaths. Actually, the only fish he ever killed was himself. He somehow managed to wedge himself into a piece of driftwood and destroyed his face/head.

Scott: The carpintis died, his face started swelling up and looked like a tumor or something along its gill plate. However, its mouth was starting to look good. I shoulda left it at the shop, but I figured it was worth a shot.
