BABY FLY RIVER TURTLE NEEDS HELP!

This is very urgent,
my baby PNT seems to have developed one one side of his nostril,
how can I get rid of this ASAP,
I heard this can be very bad if not treated quickly.

Currently he's
- in a 55 gallon
- take mates with one more FRT and convict fish.
- temperate is low 80's


Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated,

I do not understand what it is it has developed. Pix?
 
Could it be an infected scratch frm the other frt? They should not be together....

Add some salt into the water and lower the temps...

Can some of it be removed by hand, carefully?

You can try to put a little iodine with a k tip
 
last time my fish had a fungus i netted him and scraped it off with a plastic knife. she was better after that.

but his nose on his Left side is white, and I know it isn't the other FRT because this one is the aggressive one out of the two.
