I'd feed them NLS Thera+ and/or Xtreme pellets and spirulina flakes...a couple times per day...do plenty of water changes (say 40% per week)...
"Power feeding" them, feeding them bloodworms, etc. will just lead to problems. KISS
Also, as these guys - like festae and others - can be pretty rough on each other, keep an eye out for bullying among them that could result in stress / bloat / death. I try to grow out fish like this with plenty of other fish - baby convicts, acaras or other Cryptoheros - to lessen the intra-species aggression.
