That's one tiny poly! :OMG: I think it's better for him to be in a separate tank if he has glutton tankmates in the 4x2 tank because he can't fight for food with that size. are you sure he's 4cm?
 
Yes i thik i will setup tomorrow small fish tank just for him hi will be more happy there instead siting in this breading box
