Baby RD. Forhead just doubled in size ???

wOw!!!! what a nice future ur RD have!!!
yeah... they can grow humps in days, sometimes they lose it too. i hope urs wont lose it tho.

i noticed this on my convict pair, when i was playing with them i put a mirror in the side of their tank to see how they react with their babies swiming around.
I noticed the male got a very pronounced hump in few days. when i removed the mirror, the hump stopped growin.

I guess i'll have to keep the goldfish coming to incourage the hump to stay.
(of course until he's big enough to eat them...or angry enough to just tear them up)

you could also keep a mirror next to the tank. no dead fish, and a "humpier" RD.
