Cohazard Arapaima MFK Member Jul 13, 2005 8,985 2,047 203 Jul 13, 2007 #13 I've always used 2tsp per gallon (sorry I dont' know metric...yet), gradually by adding 1/4 tsp per gallon once an hour, for eight hours. I leave it like that for two weeks, then do a huuge water change, and the problem is gone.

That's what i was thinking. I fought bloat and in my tank not too long ago. I lost my all time favorite oddbar clown loach (double saddle and two spots). But luckily I used Maracyn 2 and saved my blue dempsey.
