I would do more than weekly water changes with a 10 gallon especially with live feeders. I would put him in the 55 gallon even if he has a harder time catching live feeders he will get a lot more excercise and be healthier.
You can transfer it to the biggest tank you can afford. Just keep it in a low water level range and it will do fine. Slowly increase the water level as it grows bigger.
I think it would be best if you forget the 10 and the 100. Keep him in the 55 until he outgrows it and put him in the 300. If you put him in the 100 and let him outgrow that, by the time you're ready to move him, you'll have a good fight on your hands and if you're not careful he could get hurt. Accidents do happen. Not to mention you're walls and floors will be soaked. I think its best to avoid unecessary stress. Good Luck!
