Oh man divide them up, the last thing I would have suspected is that they would be picking on each other at that size. Great job picking it up and catching it.
 
I separated the one aggressor from the other 2. The other 2 swam at the top, seemed doing better. But now one is laying on the ground barely breathing. Not gonna make it.... unless there is anything I can do

it sounds bad but if it were me i would be happy if 1 lived for that price. i bought a 4" for 80 bucks and that was a steal compared to the other LFS around me. one store wanted 210 for a 5 inch....
 
Well at least maybe others can learn from your mistakes, of coarse only if they actually take some time to research before buying fish.
