Baby Snake and FW Shrimp ID (Ryukan Islands)

havnt posted here in a long time, but i knew you guys would probably be able to ID these guys for me.

first one is a snake, found it under some leaves while lookin for worms. color was as shown, a blueish grey.

and the shrimp was in freshwater, above a dam and overflow from the Marina. had two long arms with skinny claws on the end (missing one claw in pic). i caught a few of them.

ok. after googling for an hour or so. i think its a japanese Odd Scaled snake. what do you think?

still nothing for type of shrimp.
 
Hard to tell from the pics but I think you are right about the snake. As for the "shrimp" I think it is a red swamp crayfish that is native to the states but commonly found as an invasive through japan.
 
Its a prawn. Type I dunno but it is a prawn
