Yeah, the $7 IT was a great deal. But unfortunately, they were DOA when I opened the box. Asked for refund or replace the fish for over three weeks now and haven't hear from the guy yet (Tom). File a dsipute with Paypal, but they don't deal with DOA or anyhing like that. I lost $300 for nothing.

If you really want your money back, go online and file a claim in the Los Angeles City Small Claims Court. You can google up the site and file your claim electronically in a matter of minutes.

The DA's office out here is cracking down on internet fraud, so this is your best bet.

You will also have little trouble finding the identity of your seller. A lot of people here will happily provide you with all the info you need.
