Just remember the ban is in thailand and if they happen to make there way out of the country then it doesnt matter unless they can prove it but by then they will probably already be gone. All they have to say is captive breed.
Seems to be a lot of baby STs from Viet posters, all showing the same pictures. IMHO put your money where you mouth is, these fish are alegedly caught in Cambodia. There's no export ban from there to the U.S, and they're not Thai fish. Sell them to the U.S.
I honestly hope it's for real and there's been a population explosion, but i think there more than likely old pictures or 3 bar indos being sold as STs.

^^^i agree....and if thats the case I have a 3in indo for 350...ya of course its 3 bars symmetrical.
But it would be even cooler if there was an ST explosion and they got re-introduced into the wild. I know, that would never happen $$$$.
