baby tig wont eat

I don't think it has to be quite that high but if you have plenty of water movement and aeration the tig should be fine.
 
give him some time my lima did eat right away it took a couple of days. GL with him. :D
 
He still hasnt eaten and it has almost been a week already. He still absolutely ignores the blackworms. What should i do?

I pm'd T1KARMANN about keeping tigs and he said not "feed salt food like prawn shrimp cockle mussel or krill small tigs cant digest it" so io havent tried krill or shrimp just blackworms cuz thats what they were feeding at all happy. The problem with guppies is that they dont last long in the tank with a pbass and baby IT's. Also i dont want him on feeders.
 
Try earthworms.
 
so today i come back from school and i find him dead:cry::cry: I think he never really ate even though i took all the tankmates out and put guppies and blackworms in with him....he might have but im not sure.....mustve been an internal infection or something from the shop. Im definitely not buying a tig from them anymore

I'm sorry for your loss! Don't blame other. Small Tig is fragile, some can be pain on the butt to feed. Tank temp at 82-83 is a bit high for Tig, which could stress it out, too.
