it seems like your not getting the big picture here. i did not complain about whether its not a IT or a ST. i even mentioned people are free to say whatever they want. AND NO! i didnt say to kiss ted's ass. he said he found what looks to be a ST. the reason why i said what i said was because ADE said it doesnt matter whether he likes it or not. (so what im hearing from him is, "it doesnt matter what you think or say so **** off) i clearly said it doesnt matter as long as HE (refering to TED) likes it. and Ade comes out of no where saying it doesnt matter who does he think he is. sure he knows alot of datnoids and by the looks of this seems like your close to him. frankly all i just told ted was it doesnt matter what other people say as long as he like the fish. i honestly dont know what they hell you guys are taking this as a threat. its unbelievable not like i said " NO ITS NOT A ST so dont let other people tell you what it is. I know what a IT or a ST looks like. seriously this is bull ****. i tried to help out of buddy then next thing you know im getting bashed on. wtf is this. is this how the mfk community is? Ridiculous. yea good for you man.

It sounds to me like he is saying "it doesnt matter as long as HE (refering to TED) likes it."

that is about as close to a baby widebar you'll get.. even the band in the tail section is a replica to ST. "Unfortunately" the head and body shape tells (just my humble opinion and I'm by no means an expert when it comes to ST but I'd call myself experienced with IT) me its a microlepis! Baby st looks like an NTT with IT markings.. a steeper body wheres the body is taller from chest to dorsal fin and a more protruding jaw line.. the IT looks fatter.. With the going rates of ST I can't really see a breeder keeping quiet about a successful breeding, sure let them go in a slow pace to keep the value but then it would be better with a white lie of how hard it is to get them to breed and keeping the price up that way..

I'd say it is almost impossible not to get one single ST in the IT shipments since coincident is a powerful thing but looking for baby st is probably pretty much a waste of time! I'd love to see someone breeding these lovely fish and give me an opportunity to keep one but that day seems pretty far away.

anyways, don't flame the guys who think they might have found ST.. everyone's so sure there are none they would probably mis-id one even if there were one.. I think its discouraging with the negative comments..
