If you know rClarks post history he doesn't sell much nor does he wheel and deal hustling people for bulk quantities of fish. I think he's sincere in attempting to pass on what was/is a potential deal for fellow forum members. And if it weren't for the last member's exploits regarding the GATF's, he probably wouldn't be getting all this flack.

Besides, unlike the GATF thread I don't see anyone posting how they've been frauded and not issued a refund. So the silence should speak volume.....

more props to ryan for trying. dont blame him all. i blame the distributers and wholesalers for trying to scam us.

i personaly considered buying and was in contact with ryan the whole time. he even provided me with a picture. unfortanutely i've seen many pictures of the same one he sent me. but as soon as ryan found it it wass not ST he corrected the issue immediately. though i did not prepaid so i dont have to worry about a refund...

all i'm saying is you CANT BLAME RYAN FOR TRYING! if anything if you prepaid you should blame yourself for not knowing any better....

i hope everyone learned a lesson for the first time, even the second time. be carefull of what you buy and never prepay before you have pictures or have seen the fish for yourself. that goes for me, everyone, and most of all ryan...

Wow so if you prepay for anything and do not get the product, it is the BUYER'S fault?

Anything you buy on the internet, you have to PREPAY, they do not send you the product and then ask for the money. You seem quite confused.

Im sure everyone knows that i was to be recieving baby st's, when i was told 2 week delay it made it the 19th, but its actualy supposed to be the 25th. I am very sorry for this, to all the people that prepayed you will recieve a pm, im not going any were you will recieve your fish, im sorry for this and im working this mistake out with my supplier

Ya Ryan probably is not the original scammer... problem is that there was so many warnings from others including myself... many promises were made, delayed, made and delayed again.... hopefully Ryan will post something to clear up the situation and expose the supplier so that no one else will get taken in the future....

Let’s just say the OP was sincere, trusted the vendor, and wanted to order 100 baby ST’s for himself and people on MFK(don’t know how many he ordered), but didn’t have the money needed. He has now PREPAID FOR THE ST’s with everyone’s money that pre-ordered… How the hell is he going to refund peoples money if he didn’t have the money to buy 100 himself? That’s 13G’s….. That is a lot of money no matter how much money you have. Let's just hope he can refund everyone's money. And how the hell are you going to blame people to pre-paying... If anything it was the OP for even bring this sale up the...IT'S BOTH PARTIES FAULT FOR NOT GETTING PICTURES BEFORE THE SALE.

lol that is the point of this whole debacle... there were so many obvious signs of a disaster yet so many went blindly with optimism... wishfull thinking is not thinking...
