im sorry to call you out but its starting to get annoying now as iv said like 20 times now iv been talking to company for refund, and i only sold to friends with the exception of ian who i have became friendly with since then - and im not going to rip off anu one, esspecialy not someone im friends with

i was at a computer about 15-20 mins after the txt , not 2 mins, and no i wasnt here watching the thread. If i was sittingf there watching people flame the crap out of me i wouldnt just sit back and relax, I wasnt even home when i recieved the txt. But obviously i tried to get it off quick, it was a mistake it was still up, again i forgot about it remember it was a Gauging Interest thread

seriously, dont bother explaining unless they prepaid you. everyone else can go hang out in another thread.

i stopped by to say i'm sorry for whatever reason. i got a pm from your boy, and he was a little salty at me for "in his eyes" calling you out. i think you should explain to him that he's got me confused with someone else. when i sort of defended you when you were being blasted on your thread by Reverse and few other ignorant people. i guess i should not have...

and if i did call you out, then my apologize. you were honest with me, that i give you, and you did provide me with a photo and asked that i did not post it and i didnt like you asked me too. i gave you my word and held onto it. even though i emailed you back and told you "i have seen the photos before and it was a ST but i would not order since i have seen the photo before many times over the years. "you said you understood. and you replied with. "yea i found it out also. i asked my wholesaler and he said it was a reference pic...."

now keep in mind that this was before you ordered that we both had decided that it was our best interest that i wait and see.


i give you props and respect for living up to your mistake and confronting people about it. it takes a real man to do that.

I will ask same question again, Why was this sale even allowed in first place? It was clearly a COMMERCIAL SALE and that is SUPPOSED to only be allowed by approved vendors so why was this simple fact ignored by MFK? Hell when I first started on here to post some fish my buddy had at his store for sale the threads were shut down for that exact reason. But here we have a huge commecial sale by a hobbyist and nothing was done when it could have been prevented.

Yeah clark you should hold on to laosy, his lame argument that anybody naive enough to send you money should just eat the loss was in your corner. A flawed argument, and should be embarassing to the person who posted it.

Your friend's "salty" PM has obviously hurt loasy's feelings and he needs a hug.

I seriously doubt you will see a refund anytime soon on your money, but maybe you can do something through the court system, if the person is in the US. BTW I do financial investigations for a living. My advice in these matters is from experience.

Good luck and stay in touch with your customers, maybe that will prevent them from pursuing you through the legal system.
