Question is how old is RCLARK hopefully he is not a minor. then his parents would probably have to get involved.

You have to be at least 18 yrs. old to file in small claims court, so maybe one of his buddies here should rat him out to his folks and teach him a good life lesson...kids should not be allowed to put themselves and others into this kind of trouble and need to be spanked if they do.

If you visit him--he has a whole rash of legal remedies against you, and you'd be the one losing more in the end. If you took part in this buy, your best legal action is against Ryan. Any $$ deemed yours, Ryan will have to pay. It is then up to Ryan, to try and get money from Tom. Ryan still owes you money even if he can't get money from Tom.

No body getting their money back. If it’s only cuple G’s… then it’s good lesson. If we are talking around 10G’s give or take 1 or 2 thousand.... there is no way this person Tom is going to give anything back.

He got me on the Mpimbwe too and another batch of small Frontosa he claimed to be Moba but came out to be Burundi. Luckily i only took 5 of them. I left a negative feedback on him couple of months ago, not sure why no body see it. I was the one posted a thread on how he hasn't pay me for over 2 months. We can't make him do anything up here. the only way is to go gather all info and couple of people and go to his place. GL to all.

It just seems very interesting that the attention has been pushed toward "Tom" when he is the easy target (obviously won't come back here to defend himself). I wouldn't be surprised if he was involved, but based on the post that I am quoting, it just seems like the easy way for rclark to divert the attention.

We did have some "ST's" on this board recently...but they were Sumatra's...maybe this was the confusion?

It would be easy to get any money back if the buyer would simply contact the local authorities. The LA District Attny's office takes internet fraud very seriously and would take action if they were alerted.

BTW, many people here know Tom's location...in fact, someone posted his business card on this thread yesterday and that is his home address. The post was removed but I'm sure that person can provide the info again.

One more thing...you can file for small claims court online and have Tom served by a marshall in a short period of time. There's plenty of evidence online to win in court. Besides, he'll pay what he owes to avoid any court appearance.

The fact that rclark12 isn't doing any of these things to get the money back seems very shady to me...something is not right here.
