Did he ever get photos from his supplier? Not to doubt him or anything but I just think that he is making a HUGE risk (assuming he hasn't done a lot of transactions with his supplier) ordering and paying for the fish before getting photos of the actual fish. Its not like they are IT which were probably worth $1 (or less) for the tiny ones we are getting right now.
