I really feel for you man. I hope this will all work out but from what it looks like so far,with him now shutting off phones and disappearing on you I have to say it looks pretty bad.I would try to get a lawyer or something involved at this stage.

im getting alot of great info, alot of people who got their money back after visiting him, id perfer having a friend visit then small claims court, but i will do what i have to do.
Sorry to hear that rclark21 and others. I do hope you guys get your money back also. He sold me 16 Mpimbwe Frontosa juvies but they all ended up being Burundis frontosa. My fault from not knowing the difference and trusted him for saying they are Mpimbwe Blues.
good to hear about this dirtbag. let me just say the transaction for the 20 ITs did NOT go smoothly and it took about a month of constant BS and runarounds until he finally decided to ship the fish. i only went with him because other i saw a lot of people buy from him. not to mention he grossly misrepresented the size of the dats. he said that were 2"+ and they arrived at about 1/4-1/2" at best. his way of making up for the delays was to throw in 4 clams with the order. wtf clams? really?
