^ not exactly sure what your getting at but it sounds good so thanks lol

Was talking @ Sean.:)

so tom was the supplier. that says everything. wish you would of told everyone who the supplier was from the start. all of this wouldnt have happened. i would get a lawyer and everything there should be more than enough proof to get this guy. hope everyone gets their money back.

Ryan,
Do you have all the PM's and email from Tom? I think you should file a police report for criminal fraud.

"Black's Law Dictionary (8th ed. 2004) defines fraud as "a knowing misrepresentation of the truth or concealment of a material fact to induce another to act to his or her detriment." The injury in fraud is usually depriving a person of money or other property that rightfully belongs to that person."

+1, its up to Ryan, not the purchasers themselves, to then implicate Tom. The purchasers have a legal remedy against Ryan as the seller. Tom is the supplier to Ryan. Tom being shady is Ryan's matter. Any money owed to the purchasers Ryan is responsible for. It does not matter if Ryan can/cannot get money from Tom. It sucks, but thats just the way it is.

Cause I know some scam involving a good guy and a bad guy to pull it off. Such as in a pyramid scheme, you give your money to your upper pyramid, but your upper pyramid told you he/she gave your and his/her money to a higher pyramid, she/he is a victim too. But all we know she/he kept the money, and it's your problem now to look for that higher pyramid.

Or let's say you meet a girl on craigslist, you guys go out then she takes you into an alley. There you two got robbed. She is a victim too. But the robber is really her boyfriend, who will give her back her purse in the end.

For those who paid, how much did you guys lose? It's ok to fess up now. You guys might be the only victims.
