I take no defense for him, but dragon hunter says he didn't have the "ST's" available until later, and if he did have them, I imagine he would just be selling them himself...

Whoever the main culprit was, I'm sure they purchased these baby indos for a few dollars, and trying to sell them @ over $100 is kinda absurd!

+1, its up to Ryan, not the purchasers themselves, to then implicate Tom. The purchasers have a legal remedy against Ryan as the seller. Tom is the supplier to Ryan. Tom being shady is Ryan's matter. Any money owed to the purchasers Ryan is responsible for. It does not matter if Ryan can/cannot get money from Tom. It sucks, but thats just the way it is.

yea im just as shocked as u are eric. i usually dont take sides without proof but there seems to be enough people here. which im sure people on mfk wont complain if nothing actually happend. i wish for the best for u guys. hope you get ur money back.

I hope all of you guys that are out money get your money back. Fraud is a touchy subject that isn't always easy to prove, so I would recommend that we don't throw around accusations so easily. Now my view of Tom is that he is sort of like your LFS. He sells you fish (at a discounted price) but I don't think he really knows enough (about fish species) for his own good. He usually relies on his suppliers to tell him what fish they have. He's really a good guy just trying to supplement his income buy selling fish. I know first hand he sold boxes and boxes of Indo Dats without to many problems. I sincerely hope everything works out for all parties involved and that everyone gets their money back. I will reserve judgment until all the facts are in.
