Baby's to beasts

Nothing is more satisfying than seeing a little monster grow before your eyes. I have been
always been partial to buying small young fish and growing them out. Here are shots of my sengal and ornate-"before and after"

Yeah, good job. But, they still don't look like beasts. Bichirs are IMHO too gentle to be beasts.

Perhaps...... I figure the company they keep helps elevate them to beast like status.
A growing bicher swimming around with a 12" jag needs to have a little bit of attitude.
