Nice odoes. Starve them a bit. Place it in some moving current. Should take it readily. Not as bad as tiger fish.

Nice flagtail. I had one some years back, was super mean toward the silver dollars I had so I ended up rehoming it. Eventually tired of the silver dollars and wished I would have kept the flagtail. lol.

I need to keep an eye on this one, heard they like to suck on poly slime, but usually big log polys, mine are small and active so it should not be a problem.

Ive read that the slime suck behavior is usually related to not having enough alage/green based foods in their diet. Dont know how true that is but wont hurt anything to try.

When I had mine I did not have polys yet. Seemed to get along with the cichlids just fine but absolutely hated the red hook silver dollars and would chase them around. I remember it growing pretty quickly and it was an active fish in my tank.
