Just picked up 10 little guys at 4.99 a pop. Labeled as Peacock Bass "ocellaris". I'll post pic's as soon as I can. There in a 55 for now, all 1 1/2 to 2". Feeding Hakari Blood worms right now, haven't found any San Francisco brand plankton yet. Gonna wait til they get use to me and start coming to the top when the lid opens. No feeders, I refuse this time. Need alittle more currnet at the top before I try the pellets or plankton. Water temp at 75, can't get any higher in the basement, going to need another heater too. White sand bottom with live vegatation and drift wood. Two filters pumping 450 gallons an hour in the 55. I'm a compulsive gambler in recovery so this has kept me very relaxed and away from the sports as well as GA meetings, 8 days now clean from gambling since I was 9 . Saw a 210 gallon for $510, is that a good price just for the tank?
