I would get as big as a tank as you can budget. Make sure you look through the DIY on this website as well since there are some nice write ups on how to make your own tank.

I would say haitiensis is the biggest, baddest, beefy-est tank buster that could go in a 75.

Just watch your hands when you clean the tank.

If you had a 55 I would say a glass banging texas.
 
125ish with a breeding pair of trimacs- TRUE trimacs (not FH crapola) would be awesome imo. that or a BP of Odo's.

male odo's can hit 16"- way to big for a 4'x18" footprint imo. mabey a female though 10"ish max.
 
I'd go 125, you can do plenty of things with it. Now that i have a 55 and a couple smaller tanks, I am kickin myself after getting my 125...From here on out, nothin smaller than a 125. gotta love the bigger tanks
 
I'd do a female festae, but my new 9.5" red tiger mota male is awesome!

You can also try a breeding pair of something like carpintis or electric blue jack dempsey.
