Hope that congi heals properly and the eye swell subsides. This is the downside of putting a smaller poly with larger. The plus is that the congi is living. A bite hold could kill.

Iv seen head bites b4 but from similar sized polys the koliba and koloton r literally 4-5x the congis size so a head bite from one of them is ruff like he was fine... I dropped food in tank came back 10 min later and saw his eye I was like dam I'm assuming he was just to close to a massivore pellet one was goin for cause they don't normally bother the congi

Do you spread the food from one side to the other side? Cause it helps for the little ones to get their share on feeding time.

I have to do that to protect the laps from the endli. He just does not like either lap so the more I keep them out of his way the better. The endli is calm during feeding with the other polys but will give a nip to the Koliba and Faranah if they get close to 'his' food.

I do the same thing too, my faranah endli, dabola endli and ansorgii will run over anyone when it comes to food, thats why i spread it so my smaller one like the laps and ornate can eat.
