Back up Power

I work with UPSs at my job. As previously stated the one you linked wont last long at all, the batteries to power it for days will cost you a fortune. Also, pumps are really hard on these things, and you need expensive ones for them to work at all.

I'd propose a different solution though. Get a power supply just to run an air pump for a week. Keep cycled sponges in a side tank or sump, and if you lose power for a week just stop feeding, do a massive water change, and put in sponge filters with the air pump. The other part would be heat, so hopefully your fish can survive whatever temperature your house is at
