Background finally came in for tanganyika tank. Trying out a few different scapes.

I was pondering these fake plants. What do yall think?

Are those the ones that feel sort of silky? If so I've only seen them in videos from Aquarium Co-Op. IIRC that guy was highly enthused about them in all aspects outside of cost. They looked great in the tank he put them in but that said, all his tanks look pretty sharp.

New rocks incoming. 3 of them are overhang rocks. Highly doubt I'll use all these.

I have found that I change the placement of my lights on my tank to highlight my 3d background or shadow it depending on my mood. I think your scape looks amazing.

I'm definitely a fan of the low lighting.

How do overhang rocks differ from the others?

They are made of the same material as the background and float. They are made to go under the bracing of your tank for a cave like affect.
