I just cleaned out my tank 2 days ago and put a black background on it and it looks well, 'Bubbly'. For example it has lots of bubbles in between the glass and background. It's on very tight. Even when I push in on it to check if I could tighten it, The bubbles don't go away . Any help? Does anyone have experience with this problem? It's happened before to me.

Same with mine have no idea why it wasn't like it when I first put it on after. Week or two it showed up

Wet the black back ground and re-install wet or clean the back ground and re-install.

its airbubbles , what i do is smear baby oil on the back of my tank apply the background on and use some type of squeezy , like a credit card and use that to push out the airbubbles

This is why I painted mine.

Yeah, I painted it black, It looks really nice. Took 3 layers though. Thanks everyone.

I painted a ten gallon but then i needed a tank for a little lizard so had to buy a new one so that thw black didnt draw too much heat. Ill still with the removable back grounds
