Background on tank looks 'Bubbly'?

I painted a ten gallon but then i needed a tank for a little lizard so had to buy a new one so that thw black didnt draw too much heat. Ill still with the removable back grounds

Well I did it and I think it looks better then having the hassle with the removable backgrounds
 
Def mine looked awesomd i even siliconed some round river stones up the back ground and down The sides to blend it in. Was just trying tk make say make sure jts what you want

I spray paint the black background and not the tank, it makes the background less suctioned to the back of the tank if it gets wet. Also the baby oil works great for all backgrounds. Usually the bubbles and stuff are just from either dirty glass in the first place or an area getting wet during a water change of something.
