I just saw at least 30 at petsmart for $1. Before that I saw them at pet stores but that's it. Not too rare around me. Not sure what yours is. Maybe breeding season isn't now for them? Not sure.

I've been noticing that Oto prices have been on the rise for the past few years. I remember my lfs would sell them for $1.25 back in the day and now they sell the for $2.99. I've seen some around for $2.49, but never under $2 anymore.
