As everyone has already told you, it isn't ok.

If you were an experienced hobbiest, who needed temporary, emergency accommodation it might be manageable for a short period, but you would understand that it was far from ideal, and be making immediate plans to put it right.

In your situation .... those fish will not be alive if and when you get the new tank built, and that is supposing that the deaths don't put you off building it.

Fish do not have to be "fighting" for overstocking to be a problem...

An overstocked tank may produce waste faster than you or the ecosystem can take care of it... thus making all the fish suffer...

Also it is common for dominant fish to put excessive stress on weaker fish without ever striking a blow. Imagine being a little guy locked in a small bedroom with 7 other little guys and two bullies. Even if they don't beat the snot out of you you're probably going to be pretty miserable under their constant threat...

what i mean by "the fish will decide for you" is that your stock list will end up being whoever is strong enough to survive the intimidation and violence. its a matter of when not if your dominant fish start taking out the smaller weaker fish either by violence or intimidation. if your cons are a pair and begin breeding you will notice your stock list begin to dwindle quite quickly.

there is ample info on the various threads you have made and the advice/warnings about your stock in them. you should have began to realise by now that you need to change it. not just because of the likely violence but because some your fish are incompatible because of water chemistry and lack of a shoal.

i hope you realise that everyone is trying to help you and you dont end up being one of the new keepers who doesnt listen to good advice but ends up learning the hard way like some us did. we are trying to prevent you having to go through the same mistakes.

I'm surprised his fish haven't died from being in a non-cycled / overstocked tank yet. Just follow the above poster's advice, they aren't misleading you at all. You're most likely going to have to get rid of most of your fish for their sake - otherwise they'll probably end up dead.

The fact that your tank was set up on 3-16, and you have all these fish in it, suggests to me that your tank is definitely not cycled. Also, stop adding chemicals! Usually, chemicals cause more trouble than they're worth. In your case, they are, at best, temporary fixes. They don't solve the root problems that you have.

Well the thing is I dont want to get ride of anyone of them because I became fond of them. Would me getting another 100gal or 50 gal tank work? And if I dont which fish should I put in their?

your going to need more than one 100g or 50g. you obviously have not been taking peoples advice on board. they try to help you and save you from having your fish die but you havent payed the slightest bit of notice to the warnings plastered all over your threads.
there is more than adequate advice on all your threads.
you will no doubt learn the hard way and post a thread wondering why your fish died, your tank wont cycle and/or why they ended up fighting relentlessly.

i suggest you take a picture of the fish you have become fond of.

Also If I add these as a media in my sump will it help out with the overload of waste and water control.
