Bacterial or Parasite?

She swam hard into the glass and got a gush in her lower lip....I think a week later is when this white patch came in. I used Seachem Stressguard right away, but it appears something bacterial manifest. Whatever bacteria that makes up this white patch, has been eating away at her skin. I can now see red patches within the white patch. Sorta reminds me of the skin lesions with Hole in the Head. Any thoughts?

Could be penetrating into the tissue. Seeing the healthy tissue underneath. Would apply some methylene blue to the mouth and add a bio bandage.

U can apply the mb to the fins. Be careful of the gills. Online or a big lfs.

I am going to try Seachem Neoplex and Metro as you suggested before. Do you feel injecting the medicines into her mouth by syringe after a meal would be beneficial? I did this with a previous fish.

If you can get the dosing correct. Putting too much in the syringe will kill the fish.

Wouldn’t dose the neoplex via syringe. Metro is ok in the gut even then like rocksor mentioned.
 
So medicating the food is the preferred route?
I ordered Neoplex, Focus, Metro, Kordon MB
Would using Seachem Stressguard do any good at double the dose while medicating?
Anything else I should do or not do during this time?

Can add the stress guard but normal dosing.
