Maybe if they had the certificates the sentence wont be as hard cause I bet that Fish and game will try and say that they are wild caught and try to make it worse on them. But most likely either way their screwed.

It does not matter if the fish are chipped or wild caught the penalty are still the same, FWS does not care at all these fish are illegal period no matter were they came from. They will scan the fish to see if there shipped just to check for themselves but it will not help these guys in anyway. I aksed what forum to post this in and was told buy & sell is fine so thats why this is here.

Ummm, I know I'll sound retarded, but...

What's the difference between the arowwanas these guys tried to smuggle, and the silver arrowanas they sell on ebay?

Well see the more people do this the more longer if not may make it permanent for us fish keepers in keeping these magnificient arowana's...:irked: its really dumb to think of it...crossing borders with illegal fishes thats endangered...:screwy: man this may be added to more years for these fishes to be available for us in the US :nilly: how about just leaving those two jerkoff's in Prison for life...they just ruined everything for us aro finatics.lol man :grinno: serves them right to be locked up...so 5 consecutive years per fish....hmmm i can see from my reading and others that 2 of them were trying to be smuggled....whats 5+5...hmmm i know its somewhere in the ole head of mines....hmmm of is it 55? oh wait no...oh i know its 10...so 10 years...thats great but would have been better for more...
