I would definitley report them. Those poor snakes are malnourished and need proper housing.

I don't know know where you are but here it would just be a phone call to the Natural Resources office and the Game Warden would shut the place down.

THe monitor cages water are brown and slimy,last he had about 15 huge ball pythons covered with huge ticks and in a cage that would hose maybe 3.Every cage is full of turds with mold.THeir are 3 huge snakes in that one cage I showed in the pic,one is in the water bowl.He is a very stubborn know it all who hase had animal control called on him so many times already,he must just pay fines and move on,idk.I would have taken more pics but didnt want to be obvious.He is an incredible jerky ass who will talk right over you.Just makin sure you dont think its just the one snake bro.

Alright, with that said. I'd call animal control, ASPCA, local health inspectors, and possibly punch him in the face.
