Gotcha. I'm not an expert with catfishes but would starving it until it finally caves in work? I know that's how I got my bichirs to take massivore pellets, but they can also go a really long time without eating, weeks to months.

Yep lol. I imagine the bichirs would be more of a threat to the cat than the other way around. One of these would probably fill the belly of a big, fat bichir pretty well.

Such an awesome looking fish. lol. Too bad other catfish don't have smaller species that are nearly identical. lol like RTC. Everyone would want a mini rtc.

Yes I will eventually starve and then pellet train, but I honestly just wanted him to eat right now. As soon as I can get him into the bigger tank ill start the pellet process.

They're definitely one of the coolest fish, took me a loooong time to find them. If you can get one, I'd recommend jumping on it

Mine props up on the glass EXACTLY like that too lol.

Mine also REALLY enjoys sitting on rounded river rocks. You might wanna try that, too. Since I added these rocks, the below pic is the farthest she's been away from them. She's either sitting out of the current right behind that big rock like in the picture, or she's laying on top of them. She blends in very well too.

Was thinking about doing that in the bigger tank, I just wanted to run bare bottom on the small thank so I can easily clean the tank. Mind posting one or two pics of your goonch? I wouldn't mind seeing one other then mine
