They like strong currents and cool water. If your water gets to warm they will not last. Keep them aerated real well. Good luck as they are a cool catfish, just a little tricky to keep alive.
I had two about a month ago but they both died. I'm not new to keeping fish(especially catfish) but for some reason they died. My advice is get as much info as you can because I wasted a lot of money in just a few weeks.. They are really cool though

I know that that goonch's are bagarius yarrelli and I was told that they are bagarius yarrelli. Also I have 125g for them and I got 2 for 51.99 shipped. They where only 7.50 each, shipping is what cost so much.
