I have 2 at the 12" mark. I have them with various other fish, mostly other cats. They keep to themselves, and dont fight with anything really. Including eavh other. Ther aren't very active...pick a spot and stick to it. They just shuffle about every now and then. Food time is when they get active, but no aggression. They are in a large footprint home though, don't know how much this comes into play.

Temp is mid 80's. Dmack had his at 86º as well. Just need to make sure there is a LOT of aeration in the tank.

agree, i think that earlier photo is a bagarius bagarius, less pronounced forehead and not as big max size. something about placement of anal and pectoral fins is a way to tell.

dropped the hammer and got the yarrelli. cool fish even though doesn't move much.

those that have owned them, how fast do they breath, say per second "1 1000, 2 1000 ..." jsut want to make sure mine's not gasping. shed a full coat after introduction, probably still adjusting.

this guys not going in the atf tank. atfs have no chance if the size discrepancy is big. it's at night that trouble will occur. plan is to put yarrelli, H.Mala, toman, and gulper together.
