I agree with COL-DATS.... "one on its own, or three plus if you have the room." It doesn't have to be an odd number of Dats for the aggression to decrease. The more the better.

ok my next problem is, right now I have a 150tall which is 48x24x31. If I get 2 more Dats will that be enough room for 4 dats, 1 leopard ctenopoma and 1 common pleco? I guess my biggest concern is will they hang out together or will they want their own space?

I think the biggest dat is 6"s maybe a little bigger (havent gotten them yet), so I was wondering could I do all those fish for a maximum 4 months when I get my 300gal 96"Lx31"Wx24"H.

or would it be best just to do one more with my space situation?
