I thought Kelberi don't spangle until 9 or 10 inch? Just eyeballing they look small.

Well, my ten incher started to spangle at around six inches.I previously had one from TUC over a year ago that also started to spangle at around six inches.I do have another kel that is about six inches currently and it has yet to show any spotting so far so it depends on the fish.

not necessarily. seems to vary from fish to fish.

So beautiful. Great body conformation at such a small size. Spangling is just out of this world. Can't wait to see what they look like in two more months.
Wonder what they're feeding and what the water conditions are?.
