Bahia Kelberi BREEDING confirmed with frys

LOL of coursebut again who knows when this second spawn will happened. I have bigger goals in the cichla world
First of all congratulations on the spawn and successful hatch! I would love to hear of your bigger goals b/c breeding kels is huge IMO.
I got these guys when they were only about 2inches. Ive kept them close to 3 years now. With these type of fish you need to be patience with them.
Spawning the kelberi species is pretty huge for me but you can't stop there. At one point I was going to quit and sell off my whole collection but I kept telling myself I needed to achieve this first. I talk to dieselmack here and there and I really would like to continue the cross that he wanted to do the orino x azuls. Or even the orino x kelberi. But right now space is so limited in my fishroom so this is just up in the air.
I would also like to thank my brother, cousins, and Dieselmack for giving me some pointers on keeping and raising the frys. Keeping the frys alive was the hardest part for me.

kelberi x orino....nah...been done.
BUt azul hybrids would probably look crazy.

I've been attempted to sell these guys so bad when they were younger but deep down inside me telling me I shouldn't. You just got to pull through and wait and sooner or later something good shall happen if you keep them happy .

Whoever is interested in some baby kelberi just shoot me a pm and if there is any available I will just go down the line from there.
