well i ordered 4 of these after he sent me a bad cell phone pic of the babies but really couldnt tell ,but assured me they were the the babies of the fish in the ad and this is what he sent meDSC_1967.JPG (this is my pic not his)

after i sent him pics and he agreed with me that they were not the fish that he had advertised . he told me to hold tight and would check with his supplier, and get back to me. 3 weeks later i make a complaint on paypal and he responds "well i havent heard from you in a while and i sent you the picture before they were shipped so how about i give you 50% off your next order to keep you happy". WTFrankfurter makes it real tuff to believe anything anyone tells you nowadays . So what would you do? I would keep 1 but am afraid it would eat everything in my tank and it would piss me off to no end to destroy them .

thats a given in my book , but getting money back i wont hold my breath . at first he agreed to take fish back and give me credit towards other fish but now just wants go give me a magical 50% off next order , of double priced fish!
 
if you let it go, he makes a profit. do you really want to encourage this kind of behavior, much less pay him for it? paypal will get your money back. send them his e-mails and your responses.
 
just built a4'x7'x2' to move all my outgrowing fish from my 210 and a marbled pim is not on the list of fish that will safely coexist with current stock , and by get a bigger tank you mean POND for 4 30+" fish that will eat everything that can fit in their mouth.
if i get my money back i will probably give them away + shipping
