dam sounds like ash is going to wipe floor with us i knew i should of got my lecturer to do it :ROFL: he been baker,pastry chef for 30 years lol naw its all fun in the end.

Ash might i ask is this just something you have been doing and gotten better at becasue i haveno idea what it looks like but do you do this as a job like baker or pastry chef or just a hobby that you have gotten better at over the years?.

Just wondering i am still practicing decorting part but making cake was easy part then when it came to decorting that did'nt work lol :ROFL:.
 
I should have mine in today. Had a rough day yesterday (death in family) so I didn' get anything done. But today I will get it done. Look for mine sometime late today

No I just made a cool cake for my b-day and everyone thought it looked really good and it came out pretty good for being my first homeade decorated cake. Then for this contest (plus had to bake a cake for work and we have fish where I work) I took some cake mix and made a cake and molded this one into something this time and it happened to go pretty well and I thought it looked better then the picture I found online of what I wanted to do. Not sure if I will wipe floor with anyone but I thought I did a pretty good job for what it is and no real experience other then throwing it in the oven and playing with frosting haha :D
