Bala Shark....

Any ideas on how to get my Bala shark so it's not so paranoid? Any little movement outside the tank seems to really spook him. The tank has lots of driftwood, java moss, caves, and decor for plenty of hiding places, but still is very paranoid.

thats typical behavior of a newly aquired bala, you jsut got him right?

keeps thing quiet and limit fast movement, he'll adjust over time.

I find that once they get bigger the calm down.

My big guys dont get bothered by anything anymore.

Delagado beat me to it , more balas keep at least 3. Then they just drive the other fish nuts.
