I just wanted to post this up, because it seems like every "feeding video" on the internet is basically a good illustration of what NOT to do.

This video illustrates how to SAFELY feed live prey to ball pythons and can be applied to other species as well. Hopefully, this will also help dispel the myth that ball pythons aren't aggressive feeders...well cared for ball pythons are about as aggressive as it gets!

Cool video, thanks for sharing. I don't really know much about feeding Ball Pythons, but some of those rats looked almost too big for the snakes to eat.

Definitely not too big...some of those were bigger than what I'd prefer to feed, but every keeper has their own preferences and 8BallPython's is top notch as far as ball pythons go...I wouldn't question his choice of prey size at all.
 
only thing is you think it would suck for the ball to get an eye full of pointy tong.Guess it dosnt happen.Yeah my bps were hard core eaters too.
 
Very good video........I like 8 ball pythons videos I subscribe to them on youtube and i've seen nothing but good quality videos and information come from them.........
